DESCRIPTION:Our next ANZFSS NSW Branch Event is an extremely exciting collection of talks all about the work that is happening at the Australian Facility for Taphonomic Experimental Research (AFTER). This AFTER showcase will feature talks from six researchers who are working at AFTER from a range of disciplines. \nCome along to hear from: \nDr. Maiken Ueland – Director of AFTER \nDr. Hayley Green – Forensic Anthropologist \nInspector Rod Anderson – ACT Policing (AFP) DVI Commander \nDr. Bill Söderström – Senior Lecturer in the Australian Institute for Microbiology and Infection at UTS \nElena Gorgeva – PhD Student at the University of Canberra \nL/Snr Cst. Darryl Hawker – Dog handler and trainer with NSW Police Force Dog Unit \n  \nDate: 16th of October \nLocation: Sydney Mechanics School of Arts. 280 Pitt Street\, Sydney\, NSW \nTime: 6pm doors for 6:30pm start. \nPrice: Free for members. $10 for non-members.
