DESCRIPTION:Our next exciting event is our 2024 Branch Symposium in collaboration with Forensic Science Queensland. Come and support our students or early career practioners and engage in amazing networking opportunities with members of Forensic Science Queensland.\nThis event is designed to be a supportive environment to present research and engage with the broader forensic science community. \nEvent Details: \nDate: Wednesday\, August 21st (Please register by 20 August\, including any dietary requirements) \nTime: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm (please arrive 10 minutes early to check in with security) \nLocation: Forensic Science Queensland Conference Theatre\, 39 Kessels Road\, Coopers Plains \nEntry: Free for all \nFollowing the symposium\, there will be an opportunity for networking\, making it an excellent avenue for students to attend and connect with professionals in the field. The program is viewable above with 7 presentations from across multiple disciplines. Plus\, a brief presentation by Dr. Linzi Wilson-Wilde OAM (A/Director FSQ). \nA call for abstracts to present have now closed.
