SUMMARY:WA AGM and Aquatic Forensics Guest Speaker
DESCRIPTION:This year’s WA Branch AGM will be held on Friday 1st December at Murdoch University’s new Boola Katitjin venue\, room 360.4.003 (https://maps.murdoch.edu.au/?sharepoi=136044.003). \nThe event will commence from 5:30pm with networking and light catering\, the AGM commences from 6:00 pm. Relevant documentation including minutes of the 2022 AGM\, AGM agenda\, nomination and proxy forms will be distributed in the coming weeks. \nFollowing the AGM we will be hearing a guest presentation from Vienna Lam; an aquatic death researcher and a Joseph Armand Bombardier Doctoral Scholar at Simon Fraser University\, Canada. They will present a summarised version of their IAFS 2023 presentation. \nCome along for an exciting night filled with diverse research and a sit down dinner.
