DESCRIPTION:Our next ANZFSS NSW Branch Event will be a hybrid event on the 11th June. Come along to hear a presentation by Dr. Lena Quinto\, a Staff Specialist Forensic Pathologist at the NSW Health Pathology Forensic Medicine Complex. Lena completed her specialist training at Lidcombe\, NSW. \nHave you ever wondered about what happens during an autopsy? Who “needs” an autopsy? And why? Lena will briefly outline the Coronial process in NSW\, and how forensic pathology works within a rich and interdisciplinary milieu to try to find answers for families and contribute to the medicolegal process. Lena will discuss her every day role as well as case examples that she has worked on. \nDate: 11th June \nTime: 6pm arrival for a 7pm start.
