The New Zealand Forensic Science Society (NZFSS) is governed by a National Council and has event organising branches in:

Ōtepoti Dunedin.
While some events are in-person due to the nature of the topic, the majority are available online, making them accessible to society members throughout the country. NZFSS members include forensic practitioners, scientists, researchers, Police, post graduate forensic students and those with an intertest in forensic science from across the country.
