ANZFSS NSW End of Year Event Barefoot Bowls & BBQ

Come and celebrate the end of another year with the ANZFSS NSW Branch!
Join us for a relaxed evening of barefoot bowls, BBQ, drinks and good company at Erskineville Bowling Club. It’s a chance to step away from work, catch up with friends and colleagues, meet other members of the forensic science community and wrap up the year together.
And yes, despite the name, socks are absolutely allowed for those opposed to bare feet! 🧦
🌿 The evening
We’ll kick things off from 5:30 pm with barefoot bowls. Don’t stress if you can’t escape work right on time. There’s no strict start, so simply join us when you can.
Bowls will run until approximately 7:15 pm, followed by a BBQ and drinks.
No bowls experience required. This is very much a casual, social evening!
🍖 BBQ
Each guest will receive:
- Mouth-watering steak
- 2 beef sausages
- Marinated chicken skewer
- Freshly made salads
- Fresh bread roll
Vegetarian and vegan options are also available, including:
- 3 falafels
- Vegan patty

Tickets include barefoot bowls, BBQ and drinks from the bar tab.

- ANZFSS Student Members: $45
- Non-members: $60
