I completed my Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2015 and have since worked as a general dentist in both rural and metro practices. In 2017 I joined the TAFESA Advanced Diploma of Oral Hygiene program as a senior lecturer in cariology and epidemiology. With an interest in forensics, in 2019 I completed an honours degree in Dental Science as well as a Graduate Diploma in Forensic Odontology, gaining employment with the Forensic Odontology Unit of South Australia. Having assisted the Coroner of South Australia and SAPOL in cases involving forensic odontology for a period of three years, I commenced a PhD research project focusing on the application of 3-D images in dental identification casework. I am a general member of the South Australian Dental Associations Practice Support Committee and TAFESA’s Advanced Diploma Program Advisory Council as well as a non-voting member of the Forensic Odontology Technical Advisory Group. In my spare time, I enjoy playing Clarinet in the West Torrens Concert Band, boardgames with friends and losing track of time in a good fantasy novel.

I am an early career scientist, with a background in various forensic science disciplines. I have contributed to the development of a rapid toxicology screening method now utilised at Forensic Science SA, completed my honours research in forensic pathology and worked as a forensic scientist within chemistry. I am now a medical scientist for SA Health, and enjoys singing, playing local ALFW, volunteering in the South Australian State Emergency Services and being a part of the SA ANZFSS committee.

I have a BSc Forensic and Analytical Chemistry recently completing Honours with a focus on potential third hand exposure of methamphetamine residues through contamination of surfaces from smoking. I have a keen interest in the forensic sciences and is currently continuing research into the environmental health impacts of methamphetamine residues in public spaces.

I am an evolutionary biologist who uses ancient DNA techniques for identification of degraded human remains. I provide specialist DNA identification for Australian war dead, including the HMAS Sydney unknown sailor, missing persons and murder victims.

I am a PhD Candidate at the School of Biological Sciences, The University of Adelaide, Australia. My research project investigates DNA interaction with metals to develop novel solutions for forensic analysis. I am a member of the University of Adelaide Council and currently an intern at Forensic Science SA.

I am a Senior Lecturer in Telecommunications and Multimedia Engineering and Digital Forensic Science at the University of Adelaide; Adjunct Professor of Digital Forensic Science at the Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia; an experienced private digital investigations consultant; and Honorary Consul of the Republic of Estonia in South Australia. I specialise in analysis and interpretation of digital forms of evidence including mobile phones, telecommunication networks, wearable devices and multimedia data structures. I am a Scientific Adviser to FORMOBILE-project.eu in the European Union, and dearly miss travel.

I have a MSc in Forensic and Analytical Chemistry, a PhD in Forensic Soil DNA Analysis and extensive research experience in method development for human identification from degraded remains, touch DNA and environmental trace evidence using Massively Parallel Sequencing. I am currently the Genomic Solutions Sales Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific supporting academia, industry, government and clinical laboratories across South Australia to facilitate implementation of new techniques and technologies for virology, oncology, agriculture, biosecurity, microbiology and reproductive health.

I hold a PhD in forensic molecular genetics and genomics with a focus on DNA analysis for degraded human remains. I am currently employed as a Laboratory and Research Scientist in the Biology department of Forensic Science SA.
