WA Branch Seminar: Claremont Serial Killer: The Forensic Evidence
May 21 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm AWST
Few could predict that the disappearances of three women from Claremont in 1996 and 1997 would spark an investigation so complex and challenging it became the biggest Western Australia had ever encountered.
Reflecting the collaborative nature of the Investigation itself, this special event brings together presenters from the key agencies involved in the Investigation:
Scott Egan – Forensic Biology PathWest,
Rees Powell – ChemCentre
Inspector Natasha Rogers – WA Police Force.
All are welcome to join on 21st May at the Kim E Beazley Lecture Theatre, Murdoch University to hear fascinating first-hand accounts of how forensic evidence evolved over the course of the Investigation and its critical role in resolving this landmark case in WA history.
Networking over light refreshments will start from 5:30 pm with the presentation to begin at 6:00 pm.
